Fox Islands people are so friendly– it's our reason for wanting to buy a house here. Kelsey is, too! Great working with her.

Davidson Realty has been there for us through several transactions. They have been helpful, supportive, and caring through it all.

Local knowledge ensures the BEST service.

Communication was always fantastic and Kelsey is an absolute rockstar– the whole Davidson Realty team is amazing!

I would recommend Davidson Realty to anyone selling their property. The service was exceptional, and Kelsey went above and beyond to help me through the whole listing, selling and closing process.

The team at Davidson Reality has been outstanding during the entire listing and sales process. Their strengths are: 1. highest level of competence and specialized know-how in their field and 2. proven deep experience of real estate on the islands. In addition to these "must haves", the team consistently demonstrated huge integrity and gained my trust and respect in an important transition for me. As I live far from Vinalhaven, they provided much needed guidance for me that made me feel comfortable and at ease, every step of the way. I give my highest recommendation to Davidson Reality - truly professional, great results in terms of sale price and fun to work with!

Kris was fabulous to work with, especially being both the seller and buyer representative!

Alex provided professional, warm, and patient guidance during our two-year search for a home on Vinalhaven. She helped everyone stay focused to meet contract deadlines and her local knowledge is invaluable. Kris and Kelsey helped to make us feel supported by a great team!

Worked with Kris & Alex for years- and we appreciate all they have done for us.

Kris, Alex and Kelsey were absolutely amazing. The property they helped us purchase presented many challenges and Kris and team shepherded us through the complexities with patience and expert guidance. As on-island realtors and residents, their knowledge of the Vinalhaven market and community is unparalleled. Extraordinarily pleasant to work with, we wholeheartedly recommend them to help you find your Maine island home.
