Alex provided professional, warm, and patient guidance during our two-year search for a home on Vinalhaven. She helped everyone stay focused to meet contract deadlines and her local knowledge is invaluable. Kris and Kelsey helped to make us feel supported by a great team!

Worked with Kris & Alex for years- and we appreciate all they have done for us.

Kris, Alex and Kelsey were absolutely amazing. The property they helped us purchase presented many challenges and Kris and team shepherded us through the complexities with patience and expert guidance. As on-island realtors and residents, their knowledge of the Vinalhaven market and community is unparalleled. Extraordinarily pleasant to work with, we wholeheartedly recommend them to help you find your Maine island home.

Kris, Alex and Kelsey were wonderful to work with. They know their market! Couldn't ask for anything more.

This Realty team was exceptional! Alex, Kelsey & Kris were amazing!!

Working with the Davidson Realty team was great. They really know the island and were able to get me into my dream island cottage!! Alex even gave me a list of local plumbers, electricians, and handymen!

Alex has been helping me over the years- always patient while I browsed and dreamed of owning a home on Vinalhaven. This year, Alex helped me close on a lovely home that fit all of our wants and needs. She was an amazing liaison with sellers and the bank. She used all of her resources and time to help cross the finish line when not all things about the home were lining up for a conventional mortgage. Alex was always dedicated, communicative and helpful. Alex is such a pleasure to work with!

Thank you Davidson Realty & Alex for making our family dreams come true!

I felt that Alex did a great job of representing my interests. She was responsive and professional, and she provided me with information to make my transition happen as smoothly as possible. Thank you!
