Our year-round home has 3 bedrooms--one w/a queen bed, two with a twin bed-- and 1 1/2 baths. Large waterside deck is a perfect spot for outside dining and enjoying views of "The Reach". Washer/dryer on the first floor, internet, cable TV, and a gas grill. Linens provided. A perfect spot near the Basin Preserve and approximately a 1 mile to the ferry and village. No Smoking. No pets.
